Ohledání místa činu ABSTRAKT Ohledání místa činu patří k nejdůležitějším úkonům trestního řízení, díky kterému můžeme získat ucelenou představu o tom, jak k dané události došlo. K tomuto poznání nám pomáhá odraz pachatelova jednání ve formě stop. Postup na místě vyžaduje dokonalé organizační schopnosti vedoucího výjezdové skupiny, což klade vysoké nároky jak na odborné znalosti, tak praktické zkušenosti vedoucího a celého jeho týmu.
