Abstract

The thesis deals with an annotated translation from German into Czech. Specifically, it concerns four selected chapters from the book Unsere Alpen. Ein einzigartiges Paradies und wie wir es erhalten können by Felix Neureuther et al. This is a hypothetical commission and an expert commentary on the translation. The commentary consists of a translation analysis of the original, source text according to Christiane Nord, a description of the translation method and a description of the translation problems and shifts that occurred during the translation. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to produce a functional translation and a theoretical commentary on translation strategies and the translation process. Bakalářská práce se zabývá komentovaným překladem z němčiny do češtiny. Konkrétně se jedná o čtyři vybrané kapitoly z knihy Unsere Alpen. Ein einzigartiges Paradies und wie wir es erhalten können od Felixe Neureuthera a kol. Jde o hypotetickou zakázku a odborný komentář překladu. Komentář tvoří překladatelská analýza původního výchozího textu dle Christiane Nord, popis metody překladu a charakteristika překladatelských problémů a posunů vzniklých při překladu. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit funkční překlad a teoretický komentář k strategiím překladu a překladatelskému procesu.
