Vliv Jantschových proudů na spasticitu a chůzi u lidí po cévní mozkové příhodě: randomizovaná kontrolovaná studie

Abstract

Souhrn Předmětem této bakalářské práce je aplikace elektrické stimulace dle Jantsche na spastický musculus gastrocnemius u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Zkoumanými parametry jsou vliv této stimulace na snížení spasticity, vliv na rychlost chůze a zkoumání okamžitého a dlouhodobějšího účinku. Teoretická část se věnuje definování pojmu, popsání etiologie a patogeneze cévních mozkových příhod a spasticity. Dále jsou v této části popsány možnosti léčby a terapeutických postupů, které se v dnešní době užívají. Nedílnou součástí je i rešeršní část, kde jsou popisovány dosavadní poznatky z okruhů řešených v této bakalářské práci. Praktické části předchází metodika, kde jsou shrnuta použitá vyšetření a praktikované metody. Vyšetření bylo provedeno celkem třikrát a použila jsem k němu hodnocení pomocí škály Tardieu, 10 Meter Walk Test, 2 Minute Walk Test a Timed Up and Go Test. Probandi, kteří se zúčastnili zkoumání, byli náhodně rozděleni do dvou skupin. Do skupiny experimentální a kontrolní. Účastníci experimentální skupiny mají čísla lichá a účastníci skupiny kontrolní čísla sudá. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the application of electrical stimulation according to Jantsche on spastic musculus gastrocnemius in patients after stroke. The parameters investigated are the effect of this stimulation on the reduction of spasticity, the effect on gait speed and the investigation of the immediate and longer-term effect. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the concept, describing the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke and spasticity. In addition, this section describes the treatment options and therapeutic procedures that are used today. An integral part of the thesis is the research section, which describes the existing knowledge in the areas addressed in this bachelor thesis. The practical part is preceded by the methodology, which summarizes the examinations used and the methods practiced. The examination was carried out three times in total and I used the Tardieu scale, 10 Meter Walk Test, 2 Minute Walk Test and Timed Up and Go Test.
