dc.description.abstract | Title: Miniature Horses in Contact Therapy Objectives: The aim of this master's thesis is to analyze wide public's awareness of miniature horse hippotherapy and its influence via therapists using this method. Methods: The research was done conducted through an online questionnaire of personal construction. For the next part of the research a structured interview with open answers was used. Results: Based on the online questionnaire a great potential of interest in miniature horse hippotherapy was discovered among the respondents and its correlation with the fact of responders own a pet. The structured interview revealed a positive impact on the psychological well-being not only of seniors, children and mentally handicapped people in medical and social care, but also of the staff. dc.description.abstract | Název: Miniaturní koně v kontaktní terapii Cíl: Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit povědomí široké veřejnosti o hipoterapii pomocí miniaturních koní a účinnost této terapie v terénu díky hipoterapeutům věnujícím se této metodě. Metody: Výzkum probíhal pomocí anketního šetření, kde byla anketa vlastní konstrukce pro osoby starší 18 let. Dále byl využit strukturovaný rozhovor s otevřenými otázkami se třemi hipoterapeuty. Výsledky: Na základě elektronické ankety byl zjištěn velký potenciální zájem probandů o hipoterapii pomocí miniaturního koně a korelace této skutečnosti s vlastnictvím domácích zvířat u probandů. Ze strukturovaného rozhovoru vyplývá pozitivní vliv hipoterapie pomocí miniaturních koní zejména na psychiku seniorů, dětí a osob s mentálním postižením ve zdravotnických a sociálních zařízeních, ale také u přítomného personálu.
