Asistovaný kontakt a asistované předávání dětí po rozvodu / rozchodu rodičů

Abstract

(in English): The thesis focuses on assisted contacts and assisted handovers from the perspective of the workers who perform the assists. The aim of the thesis is to find out how assisted workers reflect their own and their client's position and how assisting is anchored in legislation and public space. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the most space is given to the topic of the family, the formation and dissolution of marriage or partnership, as well as assisted contacts and, last but not least, assistant workers and clients. The research part builds on a qualitative research strategy, and uses the technique of semi-structured interviews with assistant workers to collect data. A total of 10 male and female respondents from 5 organizations participated in the research. Analysis of the results obtained from the interviews was done using thematic analysis. The key findings were the perspectives and feelings of the female and male assistant workers on their role in the process of assisted encounters and the delivery and evaluation of the service within different aspects and practices of the work. (česky) Diplomová práce se zabývá asistovanými kontakty a asistovaným předáváním z pohledu pracovníků a pracovnic, kteří asistence vykonávají. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak asistující pracovníci a pracovnice reflektují vlastní a klientskou pozici a jak je ukotvena asistence v legislativě a ve veřejném prostoru. V teoretické části práce je dán největší prostor tématu rodiny, vzniku a zániku manželství či partnerství, dále také asistovaným kontaktům a v neposlední řadě asistujícím pracovníkům a pracovnicím a klientům. Výzkumná část staví na kvalitativní výzkumné strategii, ke sběru dat používá techniku polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s asistujícími pracovnicemi a pracovníky. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 10 respondentů a respondentek dohromady z 5 organizací. Analýza výsledků získaných z rozhovorů byla provedena pomocí tematické analýzy. Klíčovými zjištěními byly pohledy a pocity asistujících pracovníků a pracovnic na jejich roli v procesu asistovaného setkávání a předávání a zhodnocení služby v rámci různých aspektů a postupů práce. Zmíněné faktory se projevují v pracovních kompetencích a postupech dané organizace. Díky výzkumu byly odhaleny potřebné kompetence pro řešení situací a také nutnost zvýšení povědomí o kurzech, které by připravovaly nové asistující pracovníky a pracovnice.
