Analýza online komunikácie Jindřicha Rajchla a Ladislava Vrabela optikou personalizačných teórií

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa venuje analýze online komunikácie aktérov Jindřicha Rajchla a Ladislava Vrabela optikou personalizačných teórií. V práci je analyzovaná facebooková komunikácia aktérov v časovom rozmedzí od 1.9. 2021 do 30.9. 2022. Cieľom práce je zistiť, nakoľko sú komunikácie jednotlivých aktérov personalizované, a to na základe používabného komunikačného východiska a stanovenej typológie personalizovanej komunikácie. Zároveň sa práca snaží zistiť aké sú najfrekventovanejšie témy v komunikáciách aktérov. Na záver sú výsledky tejto analýzy porovnané, a identifikované podobnosti a odlišnosti jednotlivých komunikácií. V práci je použitá metóda kvantitatívnej obsahovej analýzy, manuálneho kódovania a komparácie. Z výsledkov tejto práce vyplýva, že komunikácia oboch aktérov nesie prvky personalizácie, pričom v oboch prípadoch prevláda komunikačné východisko, v ktorom aktér hovorí sám za seba a tiež prvky súkromnej komunikácie. U oboch aktérov dominuje téma kritiky vlády. Napriek prvotnej podobnosti komunikácií existujú rozdiely v úrovni personalizácie a témach, s ktorými sa aktéri zaoberajú. Napriek niektorým obmedzeniam výskumu ponúka táto práca náhľad do dynamiky politických diskusií na sociálnych sieťach a možnosti ďalšieho rozvoja v tomto smere. The diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of the online communication of actors Jindřich Rajchl and Ladislav Vrabel through the lens of personalisation theories. The thesis analyses the actors' Facebook communication in the time span from 1 September 2021 to 30 September 2022. The aim of the thesis is to find out to what extent the actors' communications are personalised, based on the used communication basis and the established typology of personalised communication. At the same time, the thesis tries to find out what are the most frequent themes in the actors' communications. Finally, the results of this analysis are compared, and the similarities and differences of the individual communications are identified. The method of quantitative content analysis, manual coding and comparison is used in the thesis. The results of this thesis show that the communications of both actors carry elements of personalization, with a predominant communicative background in both cases in which the actor speaks for himself and also elements of private communication. For both actors, the theme of criticism of the government dominates.
