Proces získávání sociálních kompetencí u osob se sluchovým postižením

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce analyzuje, jak probíhá proces získání sociálních kompetencí u osob se sluchovým postižením. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části se nacházejí kapitoly objasňující význam sluchu v procesu sociálních kompetencí a vliv jeho nedostatku na život jedince. Dále zde nalezneme kapitoly objasňující problém sluchového postižení a vymezení sociálních kompetencí s ohledem na sluchové postižení. V praktické části výzkum odhaluje subjektivní postoj respondentů, do jakých míry se určité instituce zapojily do procesu získání sociálních kompetencí v životě respondentů. Byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Praktická část dále analyzuje, zda potřebné sociální kompetence jsou stejné z pohledu slyšící i neslyšící komunity. Uvedený výzkum nepřímo navazuje na část průzkumu, který byl popsán v bakalářské práci (Mihočová, 2022) kde výzkum odhalil, jaké sociální kompetence jsou vhodné pro uspokojivé sociální fungování právě z pohledů slyšících jedinců. Byl rovněž prováděn kvalitativní metodou. V praktické části rovněž analyzuji výsledky obou výzkumných šetření a porovnávám získané poznatky. Na základě získaných informací jsou formulována doporučení pro praxi sociálních pracovníků nebo tlumočníků znakového jazyka.

The presented diploma thesis analyzes how the process of acquiring social competences for people with hearing impairment takes place. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical parts and divided into four chapters. In the theoretical part, there are chapters clarifying the importance of hearing in the process of social competences and the effect of its lack on an individual's life. We will also find chapters clarifying the problem of hearing impairment and the definition of social competences with regard to hearing impairment. In the practical part, the research reveals the subjective attitude to which extent certain institutions were involved in the process in the life of the respondents. The practical part further analyzes whether the necessary social competences are the same from the point of view of the hearing and deaf communities. The mentioned research indirectly follows on from a part of the research that was described in the bachelor's thesis (Mihočová, 2022), where the research revealed what social competences are suitable for satisfactory social functioning from the perspective of hearing individuals.
