Iva Hradilová Konzultant práce: MUDr. Karla Kotková Název bakalářské: Menstruace po poškození míchy a její dopady do života ženy z pohledu ergoterapeuta Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce, která byla psána pod záštitou Centra Paraple, se zabývá problematikou menstruace u žen s míšním poškozením z perspektivy ergoterapeuta. Cílem práce je zkoumat vliv menstruace na všední denní činnosti této skupiny žen a navrhnout možnosti, jak ergoterapie může přispět k řešení menstruačního managementu u žen s poškozením míchy. Teoretická část práce přináší přehled poznatků o míšním poškození, menstruaci a vzájemném vztahu mezi nimi. Dále popisuje možnosti ergoterapeutické intervence v oblasti menstruačního managementu u žen s míšním poškozením. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum pomocí online dotazníkového šetření, které bylo realizováno na platformě survio.com. Tato metoda poskytla užitečné informace o zkušenostech a potřebách žen s míšním poškozením v oblasti menstruačního managementu. Na dotazník odpovědělo celkem 34 respondentek, a všechny odpovědi byly pečlivě zpracovány a analyzovány především kvantitativní analýzou. Iva Hradilová Consultant: MUDr. Karla Kotková Title: Menstruation after spinal cord injury and its impact on woman's life from the perspective of an occupational therapist Abstract: This bachelor thesis, written under the auspices of the Paraple Center, addresses the issue of menstruation in women with spinal cord injuries from the perspective of an occupational therapist. The aim of the thesis is to examine the impact of menstruation on the daily activities of this group of women and to propose ways in which occupational therapy can contribute to addressing menstrual management in women with spinal cord injuries. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of knowledge about spinal cord injuries, menstruation, and their interrelationship. It also describes the possibilities of occupational therapy intervention in the area of menstrual management in women with spinal cord injuries. In the practical part, research was conducted using an online questionnaire survey, which was carried out on the survio.com platform. This method provided valuable information about the experiences and needs of women with spinal cord injuries in the area of menstrual management.
