Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty s high flow kyslíkovou terapií

Abstract

The objective of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the nursing care and its specifics in patients receiving high flow oxygen therapy (HFNO). The theoretical section of the thesis focuses on the general oxygen therapy and explores its application options and usage principles. This section discusses indications and contraindications of the oxygen therapy and its basic types. Specifically, it focuses on the high flow oxygen therapy, including its mechanism or therapeutical advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, it discusses the indications and contraindications of the high flow nasal oxygen treatment (HFNO) and describes the conditions in which patients received oxygen therapy using the high flow nasal oxygen device. The final part of the theoretical section deals with the most prevalent shared symptom, its diagnostics and treatment. The practical section of the thesis presents several case studies, using specific data relevant to each case. As a result, nursing anamneses and nursing diagnoses were formulated. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat ošetřovatelskou péči a určit specifika péče o pacienty na high flow kyslíkové terapii (HFNO). Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na obecnou kyslíkovou terapii, seznamuje s možnostmi aplikace této terapie a představuje zásady podání kyslíkové terapie. Uvádí indikace a kontraindikace kyslíkové terapie a prezentuje její základní rozdělení. Dále se více zaměřuje na high flow oxygen terapii. Popisuje její mechanismus, představuje terapeutické výhody, ale také vystihuje nevýhody u této terapie. Nastiňuje důvody indikace HFNO léčby a zároveň poukazuje na její kontraindikace. Seznamuje s druhy onemocnění, při kterých došlo k nastavení kyslíkové terapie za pomoci přístroje high flow nasal oxygen. V poslední oblasti teoretické části zmiňuje nejčastější společný příznak, u něj určuje diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Praktická část je vypracovaná z několika případových studií. Tvoří ji kazuistiky sestavené z informací konkrétních případů k danému tématu. Na základě získaných informací jsou vytvořeny ošetřovatelské anamnézy a stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Praktická část seznamuje s ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta na HFNO a zaměřuje se na specifika péče o pacienty s high flow nasal oxygen terapií.
