Rozhovory 2.0 - Využití AI pro orální historiky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá propojením orální historie s moderními informačními technologiemi (IT), a především umělou inteligencí (AI). Cílem je prozkoumat, jak mohou tyto technologie obohatit praxi orálních historiků a zefektivnit zpracování orálně-historických rozhovorů. Práce na praktických ukázkách demonstruje možnosti integrace AI a IT služeb ve všech fázích orálně-historického výzkumu, tedy od přípravy na rozhovor přes jeho realizaci a následnou transkripci, analýzu, interpretaci až po jeho zabezpečení, archivaci a publikaci veřejnosti. V diplomové práci je kladen důraz na praktické ukázky použití jednotlivých technologií a na rešerši dostupných služeb a nástrojů, které mohou usnadnit nahrávání rozhovorů, jejich přepis, analýzu sentimentu či vytváření metadat.

This diploma thesis explores the integration of oral history with modern information technologies (IT), especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), aiming to investigate how these technologies can enrich the practice of oral historians and make the processing of oral historical interviews more efficient. It demonstrates, through practical examples, the possibilities of integrating AI and IT services at all stages of oral historical research, from interview preparation to realization, subsequent transcription, analysis, interpretation, and up to its security, archiving, and public publication. The thesis emphasizes practical demonstrations of technology use and research on available services and tools that can facilitate recording interviews, their transcription, sentiment analysis, or metadata creation.
