dc.description.abstract	Vnímání právní úpravy profese středoškolských pedagogů jejími adresáty Abstrakt Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy aktuálních, relevantních právních předpisů dopadajících na ředitele a učitele gymnázií založených veřejným zřizovatelem a na základě dvou sociologického šetření (anketa) ve vztahu k těmto subjektům zjistit, jak vnímají svá práva a povinnosti ve vymezených oblastech. Konkrétně práce shrnuje, do jaké míry jsou tyto subjekty znalí svých práv a povinnosti ve vztahu k bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví, odpovědnosti a dále v rámci vybrané pracovněprávní problematiky. Nejde však jen o jejich znalosti v této oblasti, ale i o jejich vnímání nastavení školského systému a o otázku, zdali se cítí být v takovém systému právní úpravou dostatečně chráněni. Hlavními prameny pro porozumění právní úpravy profese ředitele školy a učitele gymnázií založených veřejným zřizovatelem, ze kterých práce čerpá, jsou školský zákon, zákoník práce, občanský zákoník a na ně navazující podzákonné právní předpisy spolu s interními metodikami Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy. Pro práci je též důležitá judikatura, a to v oblastech odpovědnosti a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví. Tyto prameny se prolínají jak v teoretické, tak v praktické části diplomové práce. dc.description.abstract	Perception of the legal regulation of the profession of secondary school pedagogical workers by its addressees Abstract The aim of this thesis is to find out how school principals and teachers of grammar schools founded by a public founder perceive their rights and obligations on the basis of an analysis of relevant legal regulations and a sociological survey in relation to these subjects. Specifically, the thesis summarises the extent to which these subjects are aware of their rights and obligations in relation to health and safety regulations, liability and furthermore in the context of selected labour law issues. However, it is not only about their knowledge in this area, but also about their perception of the setting of the school system and whether they feel sufficiently protected by the legislation in such a system. The main sources for understanding the legal regulation of the profession of school principal and teacher of grammar schools established by a public founder, from which the thesis draws, are the Education Act, the Labour Code, the Civil Code and related sub-legislative regulations, together with internal methodologies of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
