Ilona Kučerová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí základních poznatků o Guillain-Barré syndromu se zaměřením na fyzioterapeutickou péči v teoretické části a následné zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem ve speciální části práce. Metody: Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a speciální. V teoretické části se nachází charakteristika, klasifikace, příčiny a diagnostika Guillain-Barré syndromu. Dále jsou zde zpracovány možnosti léčby včetně fyzioterapeutických přístupů u toho onemocnění. Speciální část obsahuje zpracovanou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem, která vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Nemocnici Milosrdných sester sv. Karla Boromejského v termínu 8.1. - 2.2. 2024. Kazuistika se skládá ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru, popisu terapeutických jednotek, výstupního kineziologického rozboru a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Po absolvování terapií došlo u pacienta ke zlepšení stability a stereotypu chůze. Pacient již nepotřebuje k chůzi kompenzační pomůcku. Ilona Kučerová Title: Case study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize basic knowledge about Guillain- Barré syndrome with the focus on physiotherapical care in the theoretical part and a subsequent case study of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Methodes: The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains the characteristics, classification, causes and diagnosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Furthermore, treatment options including physiotherapeutic approaches for the disease are elaborated here. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapy care for a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. The case report consists of an initial and final examination, a description of the therapeutic sessions and an evaluation of the therapy effect. Results: After completing the therapy, the patient's stability and walking stereotype improved. The patient no longer needs a compensatory aid to walk.
