Barbora Homonická Pyšková Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou polytrauma Cíl práce: Cílem této práce bylo zpracování teoretických a terapeutických poznatků o diagnóze polytrauma a vytvoření kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta s touto diagnózou se zpracováním výsledků. Metodika: Teoretická část se zabývá diagnózou polytraumatickéhopacienta,vymezuje pojmy důležité pro pochopení dané problematiky, podrobně se zabývá možnostmi lékařské péče a rehabilitace.Část speciální je vytvořena kazuistikoupacienta s diagnózou polytrauma, zpracováním a vyhodnocováním zjištěných dat. Výsledky: Sestavený rehabilitační plánpopsaný ve speciální části pomohl pacientovi ke zlepšení jeho stavu. Barbora Homonická Pyšková Title of the thesis: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a polytraumatic patient The aim of the thesis: The aim of this work was the processing of theoretical and therapeutic knowledge about the diagnosis of polytrauma andthe creationof a case report of physiotherapycare for a patient with this diagnosis,with the processingof the results. Methods: The theoretical part deals with the diagnosis of a polytrauma patient, defines terms important for understandingthe issue of this diagnosis, and deals in detail with the possibilities of medical care andrehabilitation.The special part is createdby a case study of a patient with a diagnosis of polytrauma, processing and evaluating the data found. Results: The compiled rehabilitation plan described in the special section helped the patient to improve his condition.
