Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po dvojité osteosyntéze humeru s pooperační parézou nervus radialis

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po dvojité osteosyntéze humeru s pooperační parézou nervu radialis. Cíle: Cílem této práce je teoretické zpracování poznatků týkajících se periferní parézy s důrazem na nervus radialis, dále osteosyntézy humeru a procesu rehabilitace. Ve speciální části je cílem zpracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče, která se zaměřuje na pooperační parézu n. radialis po dvojité osteosyntéze humeru, je zde využito jak teoretických, tak i praktických poznatků z bakalářského studia. Metody: Práce má dvě části. V teoretické části jsem zpracovala za pomoci odborných pramenů data o ramenním kloubu, zlomeninách, osteosyntéze humeru, periferních nervech, paréze n. radialis a možnostech rehabilitace při této diagnóze. Speciální část je věnovaná kompletní kazuistice pacienta s danou diagnózou. Obsahuje anamnézu pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, 10 terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Tato práce byla zpracována při bakalářské praxi v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v Praze, v lednu 2024. Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after double osteosynthesis of the humerus with postoperative paresis of the nerve radialis Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the theoretical elaboration of knowledge concerning peripheral paresis with emphasis on the radial nerve, osteosynthesis of the humerus and the rehabilitation process. In a special part, the aim is to elaborate a case study of physiotherapeutic care, which focuses on postoperative paresis of the n. radialis after double osteosynthesis of the humerus, using both theoretical and practical knowledge from the bachelor's study. Methods: The thesis has two parts. In the theoretical part I have elaborated data on the shoulder joint, fractures, osteosynthesis of the humerus, peripheral nerves, paresis of the n. radialis and possibilities of rehabilitation in this diagnosis with the help of specialized sources. A special section is devoted to a complete case report of a patient with the given diagnosis.
