Abstract

Pastoral care in field nursing service The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of pastoral care in the field nursing service with a focus on the elderly and the people who care for them. The aim of this work is to find out how pastoral care should be applied in the best possible way for clients using field nursing services and for people who care for them, based on the study of available literature and other sources and experience from pastoral practice. The aim is to analyze the current practice and look for ways to improve it, taking into account the available literature. The theoretical part first deals with aging and old age in the context of home care for the elderly, in which the family and other caregivers, for example workers in the field care service, play a vital role. Subsequently, the theoretical part is focused on the spiritual aspects of pastoral care and on pastoral care in field nursing service. In the practical part, the method of applying pastoral care in the Crusaders Care Service is described. The text contains concrete examples from the practice of pastoral care. The knowledge presented in the conclusion of the bachelor's thesis resulted from a comparison the studied literature with the current practice of pastoral care in the Crusaders Care Service. Pastorační péče v terénní pečovatelské službě Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pastorační péče v terénní pečovatelské službě se zaměřením na seniory a osoby, které o ně pečují. Snahou této práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem by se měla co nejlépe aplikovat pastorační péče u klientů využívajících terénní pečovatelské služby i u osob, které se o ně starají, a to na základě studia dostupné literatury, dalších pramenů a zkušeností z pastorační praxe. Cílem je s ohledem na dostupnou literaturu analyzovat stávající praxi a hledat možnosti jejího vylepšení. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá stárnutím a stářím v kontextu s domácí péčí o seniora, v které má zásadní úlohu rodina a další pečující, například pracovníci a pracovnice v terénní pečovatelské službě. Následně je teoretická část zaměřena na duchovní aspekty pastorační péče a na pastorační péči v terénní pečovatelské službě. V praktické části je popsán způsob uplatnění pastorační péče v Křižovnické pečovatelské službě. V textu jsou uvedeny konkrétní příklady z praxe pastorační péče. Z porovnání prostudované literatury s dosavadní praxí pastorační péče v Křižovnické pečovatelské službě vyplynulo poznání uvedené v závěru bakalářské práce.
