Dokumentaristické vyobrazení korejské letecké války

Abstract

This thesis focuses primarily on the air battles on the Korean Peninsula during the Korean War occurring from 1950 to 1953. The first part of the thesis introduces the historical background, describes the warring parties, the course of the war, the consequences of the war and the used aviation equipment. The second part deals with the analysis of documentary films depicting the Korean War available with Czech dubbing. The research is conducted using semantic-structural analysis. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the air war is portrayed in documentaries about the Korean War to Czech viewers. The research shows that the air war is an essential part of the Korean War, but it is not given enough space in documentaries.

Tato práce je zaměřena na leteckou válku během válečného konfliktu na Korejském poloostrově v letech 1950-1953. První část práce představuje historické pozadí, popisuje válčící strany, průběh války, důsledky války a použitou leteckou techniku. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou dokumentárních filmů, dostupných s českým dabingem, zobrazujících korejskou válku. Výzkum je prováděn za pomoci sémanticko-strukturální analýzy. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak je letecká válka vyobrazena v dokumentárních filmech o korejské válce českému divákovi. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že letecká válka je podstatnou součástí korejské války, ale v dokumentárních filmech jí není věnován dostatek prostoru.
