Integrace romské minority v podmínkách sportovních tříd na ZŠ Krupka Teplická

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá integrací romské minority v podmínkách základní školy se sportovními třídami. Teoretická část pojednává o aspektech souvisejících s historií romského etnika v České republice, o postojích a vztazích mezi romskou menšinou a majoritní společnosti Podrobněji se také věnuje integraci a dosavadním integračním procesům. Protože se výzkum zabývá sportemjako možným integračním prostředkem, shrnuje teoretická část též dosud nabyté zkušenosti se sportem jakožto nástrojem integrace. Samotný výzkum byl prováděn na základní škole v Krupce v Ústeckém kraji, v lokalitě s velmi silným zastoupením romského etnika. Objektem zkoumání jsou reakce pedagogů na tyto tři oblasti: na integraci Romů (význam, dosavadní snahy a koncepce), na problémové aspekty výuky Romů a jejich chováni a na zapojení Romů do sportovních aktivit školy.

This M.A. thesis deals with the integration ofthe Roma minority in the context of an elementary school with specialized sport classes. The theoretical part ofthe thesis focuses on the aspects relating to the history ofthe Roma ethnic group in the Czech Republic as well as on the attitudes and relations between the Roma minority and the majority society. It also dosely addresses the issue of integration and the integration processes having taken place until now. Since the research deals with sport as a possible means ofintegration, the theoretical part summarizes the hitherto gained experience with sport as an integration instrument. The practical research was conducted at an elementary school in Krupka in the Ústecký region with a strong represenation ofthe Roma ethnic group. The research work focused on the teachers' reactions to the following three issues: the integration itself(and its significance, hitherto applied efforts and conceptions), the problematic aspects ofthe education and behaviour ofthe Roma children and the involvement ofthe Roma in the school sport activities.
