Abstract

Title: Principles of Good Governance in a Selected Sports Organisation Objectives: The main aim of this work is via exploring of each principle of good governance concept reaching overall and partial results for the selected sports organization. Methods: Research is divided into four dimensions where each one contains different number of principles. Principles are divided into indicators. While using content analysis of relevant documents and additional interview with representative of a selected organization are these indicators rated. For all the variables then results come out which are statistically and via text interpreted. Results: Results show a recent situation of the organization in dimensions of transparency, democratic processes, internal control and social responsibility. According to final results organization leads its best in questions of transparency. On the other hand, its worst is in the framework of social responsibility. Název: Principy good governance ve vybrané sportovní organizaci Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je na základě zkoumání jednotlivých principů konceptu good governance dojít k celkovým a dílčím výsledkům pro vybranou sportovní organizaci. Metody: Výzkum je rozdělen do čtyř oblastí, kde každá obsahuje jiný počet principů. Principy se dále člení na indikátory. Prostřednictvím obsahové analýzy relevantních dokumentů a doplňujícího rozhovoru s představitelem vybrané organizace se tyto indikátory následně hodnotí. Pro všechny proměnné poté vzejdou výsledky, jež jsou statisticky i textově interpretovány. Výsledky: Výsledky poukazují na aktuální situaci organizace v oblastech transparentnosti, demokratických procesů, interní kontroly a společenské odpovědnosti. Dle výsledných skóre si organizace nejlépe vede v otázkách transparentnosti. Nejhůře potom v rámci společenské odpovědnosti. Klíčová slova: neziskové organizace, malý fotbal, řízení a správa ve sportu
