Karcinom prsu - informovanost žen o možnostech sekundární prevence

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is breast cancer, which is one of the most common cancers in women from the Czech Republic. This thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part was focused on the description of the issues related to breast cancer. Initially, it guides the reader through the anatomy and development of the female breast. The following chapters then introduce the reader to the different types of breast disease, either benign or malignant. Risk factors, symptoms of the disease, and current methods of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer are also described. The last chapter elaborates on primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of breast cancer. In the practical part, two main objectives have been set. The first was to find out what is the awareness of women about secondary prevention and the second was to find out whether women are actively involved in it. These two objectives were further explored through nine sub-objectives. Tématem bakalářské práce je karcinom prsu, který se řadí mezi nejčastější nádorová onemocnění u žen v České republice. Tato práce je koncipována jako teoreticko - praktická. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na popis problematiky týkající se karcinomu prsu. Zprvu čtenáře provádí anatomií a vývojem ženského prsu. Následují kapitoly, které čtenáře seznamují s různými druhy onemocnění prsu, a to buď onemocnění benigní nebo maligní. Dále tu jsou popsány rizikové faktory, příznaky onemocnění a současné metody diagnostiky a léčby karcinomu prsu. V poslední kapitole je vypracována primární, sekundární i terciální prevence karcinomu prsu. V praktické části byly stanovené dva hlavní cíle. Prvním bylo zjistit jaká je informovanost žen o sekundární prevenci a druhým bylo zjistit, zda se ženy prevenci aktivně věnují. Tyto dva cíle byly dále zkoumány pomocí devíti dílčích cílů. Výzkumné šetření se uskutečnilo pomocí anonymního, kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo na Gynekologicko-porodnické klinice 1. LF UK a VFN v Praze. Sběr dat na klinice probíhal od 1.11.2022 do 31.3.2023 a uskutečnil se pomocí dotazníku, který byl zcela anonymní a obsahoval 25 otázek. Zkoumaný vzorek utvořilo 200 žen, které v průběhu sběru dat navštěvovaly výše zmíněnou kliniku. Data plynoucí z odpovědí respondentek byla...
