Abstract

Author: Jakub Eichler Title of the thesis: Comprehensive physiotherapeutic care of a patient after ankle fracture Objectives: First, to summarize theoretically the problems of ankle fracture including its anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the ankle joint and the possibilities of treatment and subsequent rehabilitation. And then narrate a case report of the complex care of a patient after a fracture of the ankle joint in a special section. Methods: In the theoretical one, the anatomy of the tibia and foot, kinesiology and biomechanics of the foot in the gait cycle, changes in gait stereotype due to ankle fracture, classification of ankle fractures and possible treatment approaches and aspects of follow- up care are presented. The special section then contains a complete case study of a patient after ankle fracture, including initial and outcome kinesiological analysis, description of the different therapeutic units and evaluation of the effect of therapy, which is confronted with current scientific knowledge in the discussion. Results: The case report showed improvement in most of the functionally relevant aspects with the most noticeable improvement in gait when comparing the results of the initial and final examination. Autor: Jakub Eichler Název práce: Komplexní fyzioterapeutická péče o pacienta po fraktuře kotníku Cíle: Nejprve shrnout teoreticky problematiku fraktury hlezenního kloubu včetně jeho anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky hlezenního kloubu a možností léčby i následné rehabilitace. A poté vypravovat kazuistiku komplexní péče o pacienta po fraktuře hlezenního kloubu ve speciální části. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je tvořena dvěma částmi: teoretickou a praktickou. V té teoretické je přiblížena anatomie bérce a nohy, kineziologie a biomechanika chodidla v cyklu chůze, změny ve stereotypu chůze v důsledku fraktury hlezna, klasifikace zlomenin v oblasti hlezna a možné léčebné přístupy i aspekty následné péče. Speciální část pak obsahuje kompletní kazuistiku pacienta po fraktuře hlezna včetně vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru, popisu jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek a zhodnocení efektu terapie, který je v diskusi konfrontován se současnými vědeckými poznatky. Výsledky: Kazuistika péče prokázala při srovnání výsledků vstupního a výstupního vyšetření zlepšení ve většině funkčně podstatných aspektů s nejpatrnějším posunem v rámci chůze.
