Předávání ošetřovatelské služby na standardním interním oddělení ve Fakultní nemocnici Bulovka

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá procesem předávání ošetřovatelské služby na standardním interním oddělení. Cílem bylo zjistit jakou formou k předání služby dochází, kde je služba předávána, kdo se na předávání podílí a na jaké náležitosti je kladen důraz. Zpracování této problematiky bylo provedeno na základě vyhodnocených dat dotazníkového šetření a vlastního pozorování ve Fakultní nemocnici Bulovka. Výsledky potvrzují, že sestry vnímají jako hlavní podstatu předání služby příležitost získání přehledu o stavech jednotlivých pacientů a že během předání služby dochází k předání odpovědnosti za stav návykových látek. Během procesu předání služby převažuje ústní forma sdělování informací se zdůrazněním prioritních údajů za účelem orientace příchozí sestry na pracoviště. V závěru práce je navržen doporučený postup pro ústní formu předání ošetřovatelské služby.

This Thesis deals with the process of nursing handover in the standard internal medicine ward. The aim was to find out what form the handover takes, where the exchange take place, who is involved in the handover and what elements are emphasised. The elaboration of this issue was carried out on the basis of the evaluation of the questionnaire survey data and own observation at Bulovka University Hospital. The results confirm that nurses perceive the main essence of handover as the opportunity to get an overview of the conditions of individual patients and that during handover the responsibility for the substance abuse condition is transferred. During the handover process, the predominant form of information transfer is verbal in order to orient the incoming nurse to the workplace with emphasis on priority information. The thesis concludes with a recommended procedure for the oral handover of nursing shifts.
