Teorie a praxe podávání noradrenalinu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podáváním noradrenalinu s důrazem na problematiku infuzní terapie v intenzivní péči. Cílem bylo zmapovat způsoby ředění noradrenalinu a další souvislosti v jeho podávání v rámci Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady. Výzkum proběhl formou dotazníkového šetření a výsledky ukazují, že způsob ředění a zacházení s noradrenalinem není v rámci nemocnice sjednocený. Na základě výsledků práce autorka doporučuje provedení standardizace ředění noradrenalinu, postupů i značení stříkaček.

This thesis deals with the administration of noradrenaline with emphasis on the issue of infusion therapy in critical care. The aim of the conducted study was to map the method of dilution and handling of noradrenaline within the Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey and the results show that the method of dilution and handling of noradrenaline is not unified within the hospital. Based on the results of the work, the author recommends standardization of dilution of noradrenaline, it's handling and syringe labelling.
