Deeskalace agresivního chování pacienta na psychiatrickém oddělení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Deeskalace agresivního chování pacienta na psychiatrickém oddělení" se zabývá problematikou výskytu agrese, její prevencí a efektivním řešení. Cílem práce bylo zjistit četnost výskytu agrese, jejímu typu, příčiny a způsobu řešení. Dalším cílem práce bylo zjistit četnost školení, která respondenti absolvovali, a jejich zájem o případnou nabídku školení zaměřeného na zvládání agrese. Teoretická část práce uvádí základní přehled řešené problematiky, popis deeskalačních technik a dalších možností zvládání agrese a jejímu předcházení. V empirické části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky vlastního šetření a jejich komparace s výsledky jiných odborných výzkumů. Metodou výzkumného šetření byl dotazník vlastní konstrukce, který byl distribuován všeobecným a praktickým sestrám Psychiatrické nemocnice Bohnice. Do vlastní studie bylo zahrnuto 108 řádně vyplněných dotazníků. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že se více než 58 % respondentů setkává s verbální agresí minimálně jednou v týdnu a téměř 29 % respondentů se minimálně jednou v týdnu setká s agresí brachiální. Vzhledem k takto častému výskytu agrese bylo pouze necelých 59 % dotazovaných alespoň jednou v uplynulých pěti letech proškoleno v řešené problematice. The bachelor's thesis "De-escalation of aggressive patient behavior in the psychiatric ward" deals with the issue of aggression, its prevention and effective solution. The aim of the work was to determine the frequency of aggression, its type, cause and method of solution. Another aim of the work was to find out the frequency of trainings that the respondents completed and their interest in a possible offer of training focused on managing aggression. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a basic overview of the issue, a description of de- escalation techniques and other options for managing aggression and its prevention. The empirical part of the work presents the results of own research and their comparison with the results of other professional research. The method of the survey was a self-designed questionnaire, which was distributed to general and practical nurses of the Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice. 108 duly completed questionnaires were included in the study itself. Results: It was found that more than 58% of respondents experience verbal aggression at least once a week and almost 29% of respondents experience brachial aggression at least once a week.
