Preventivní opatření rizika vzniku dekubitů

Abstract

Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit úroveň znalostí všeobecných sester v a léčby dekubitů. Průzkum byl proveden pomocí kvantitativní metody, s využitím tištěných dotazníků. Za cílovou skupinu respondentů byly zvoleny všeobecné sestry zaměstnané na Jednotce intenzivní péče traumatologické kliniky Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady v Praze. Respondentů bylo celkem 21. Výsledky: Celková úspěšnost - znalost sledovaných kritérií činila 62,33 %. Výsledky vlastního šetření jsou prezentovány v přehledných tabulkách výsečových diagramech. Závěry: Úroveň znalostí všeobecných sester v této oblasti není zcela uspokojivá. Na základě zjištěných skutečností přinášíme doporučení pro klinickou praxi. Aims: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the level of knowledge of general nurses in the field of prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. Methods: The target group of respondents were general nurses employed at the Intensive Care Unit of the Orthopaedic and Traumatology Clinic of the University Hospital Kralovske Vinohrady in Prague. There were 21 respondents in total. Results: The overall success rate - knowledge of the monitored criteria was 62.33 %. The results of the actual survey are presented in clear bar charts.
