| uk.abstract.en | The article summarizes the initial discussions of Taiwanese authors on the topic of nature conservation and environmental literature, and discusses the ways this literary movement stressed the topic of Taiwanese identity and the contribution of one of its most influential authors, Liu Ka-Shiang, to this discussion. Using the example of his work, it shows how the emphasis on knowledge, scholarship and professional erudition in texts has developed as one of the characteristic features of Taiwan environmental literature, and how Liu Ka-Shiang connected it in a unique way with the theme of personal experience. | cs |
