Ideální učitel z pohledu žáků středních škol

Abstract

The thesis entitled "The Ideal Teacher from the Perspective of Secondary School Students" is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter focuses on the personality of the teacher. It describes some typologies of teacher's personality, different stages of the teaching profession, selected factors that influence teacher's personality. The second chapter focuses on interaction and communication in teaching. Within this chapter, the author also discusses teacher authority and classroom climate. The other chapters of the thesis focus on the role of the teacher, the workload associated with the profession, and the topic of professional competence and teacher professionalism. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis departs from the teacher to the pupils. In the case of the surveyed respondents, these are pupils in the period of adolescence. In the second, empirical part, the thesis summarises the findings of qualitative research conducted among secondary school pupils in the form of semi-structured interviews. Diplomová práce s názvem "Ideální učitel z pohledu žáků středních škol" je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do osmi kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na osobnost učitele. Popisuje některé typologie osobnosti učitele, jednotlivé etapy učitelské profese, vybrané faktory, které osobnost učitele ovlivňují. Druhá kapitola je orientována na interakce a komunikace ve výuce. V rámci této kapitoly se autorka zabývá také autoritou učitele a třídním klimatem. Další kapitoly závěrečné práce se soustředí na roli učitele, na náplň jeho pracovní činnosti, na pracovní zátěž, která je s touto profesí spojena a také na téma profesní kompetence a učitelské profesionality. Poslední kapitola teoretické části práce se odklání od učitele k žákům. V případě sledovaných respondentů jde o žáky v období adolescence. V druhé, empirické části, se práce věnuje shrnutím poznatků kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován mezi žáky středních škol ve formě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem této výzkumné práce je zjistit, jak studenti nahlíží na představu o ideálním učiteli, čeho si na učitelích nejvíce váží, co je pro ně u učitelů důležité a naopak, co jim u učitelů nejvíce vadí. Metodami vyhodnocení dat byla zvolena obsahová analýza.
