Abstract

7 Abstract The diploma thesis examines the topic of competences of both social workers (SW) and workers in social services (WSS) in the social activation service for families (SASFC) with children in the district of Chomutov. It aims to describe the legal competences of SASFC workers and subsequently to check the actual practice in the field of competences of SASFC workers. The theoretical part of the thesis defines social workers and workers in social services mainly according to the Act on Social Services. The second chapter then defines SASFC and further defines the concept of family from the point of view of typology and functions. The chapter also presents the possibilities of social work with the family and maps the services of the SASFC in the Chomutov district. The last chapter defines the concept of competence and lists the professional qualification prerequisites for SW and WSS based on the Social Services Act. The practical part of the thesis presents the research goal and used methodology. The methodology of respondent selection and data collection is described. The ethical principles and limitations of the investigation are mentioned. Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu kompetencí sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách v sociálně aktivizační službě pro rodiny s dětmi v okrese Chomutov. Za cíl si klade popsat zákonné kompetence pracovníků v SASRD a následně prozkoumat skutečnou praxi v oblasti kompetencí u pracovníků v SASRD. Teoretická část diplomové práce definuje sociální pracovníky a pracovníky v sociálních službách především podle Zákona o sociálních službách. Druhá kapitola následně definuje SASRD a dále vymezuje pojem rodina z pohledu typologie a funkcí. Kapitola dále uvádí možnosti sociální práce s rodinou a mapuje služby SASRD v okrese Chomutov. Poslední kapitola definuje pojem kompetence a uvádí profesní kvalifikační předpoklady pro SP a PSS na základě Zákona o sociálních službách. Praktickou část práce uvádí cíl výzkumného šetření a použitá metodologie. Popsána je metodika výběru respondentů a sběru dat. Zmíněny jsou etické zásady a limity šetření. Kapitola se věnuje též metodice zpracování dat a následné analýze rozhovorů se závěrečnou diskusí. Výzkumné šetření je uskutečněno formou rozhovorů podle návodu a data jsou vyhodnocena metodou tematické analýzy. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno s devíti respondenty ze tří služeb SASRD v okrese Chomutov. Na základě provedených rozhovorů jsem získala pohled PSS...
