Trebeništa: historie archeologického výzkumu

Abstract

The thesis deals with the results, processing, and evaluation of archaeological excavations at the burial site of Trebeništa, located in the southwestern part of Northern Macedonia in the Lake Ohrid region. It aims to summarize and present the different interpretations of archaeological expeditions that have worked at the site and their assumptions, as well as to highlight and summarize further scholarly interpretations of the site after the phases of excavations. The aim of the paper is to characterize the methodological approaches in the interpretations of the archaeological material, the theoretical basis for its evaluation - especially the question of identity/ethnicity, the contextualization of the finds in the immediate and wider region, and its interpretation of the social status of those buried at the site. Práce se zabývá výsledky, zpracováním a vyhodnocením archeologických výzkumů na pohřebišti Trebeništa, které se nachází v jihozápadní části Severní Makedonie v regionu Ochridského jezera. Má za cíl shrnout a přiblížit odlišné interpretace archeologických expedic, které na lokalitě působily a jejich předpokladů a dále poukázat a shrnout další badatelské interpretace nálezového celku po třech etapách výzkumů. Náplní práce je charakterizovat metodické přístupy při zpracování archeologického materiálu, teoretická východiska jeho hodnocení - především otázku identity/etnicity, kontextualizaci nálezového celku v bližším i širším regionu, a v neposlední řadě i jeho interpretaci společenského postavení pohřbených na lokalitě.
