Pastorační péče o rodiče s předškolními dětmi v Praze

Abstract

This diploma thesis talks about pastoral care of parents and their pre-school children in Prague. Theoretical part defines a term family using empirical sciences and Christians' point of view. This thesis introduces two documents that further elaborates the concept and purpose of a family: Amoris Laetitia and Familiaris Consortio. This study also describes topics regarding families and Christian education of their children in cooperation with church. It defines terms like pastoral care, pastoral worker and his/her duties. This diploma thesis also talks about different Prague churches, their origin, their professed values, and about what do they offer regarding free time activities. The main goal of the thesis is to understand the activities of pastoral workers in relation to parents with their kids from the perspective of different religion they believe in. To fulfill the goal of the thesis a qualitative research methodology in the form of a semi-structured interview is used. This helps to perceive the activities of pastoral workers through their eyes.

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem pastorační péče o rodiče s předškolními dětmi v Praze. Teoretická část práce definuje pojetí rodiny empirickými vědami a v pojetí křesťanském. Práce představuje církevní dokumenty o rodině Amoris Laetitia a Familiaris Consortio. Diplomová práce dále obsahuje dílčí témata, která vytváří komplexní představu o rodinách a křesťanské výchově dětí ve spolupráci s církvemi. Dále vymezuje pojmy spojené s pastorační péčí - pastorace, pastorační pracovník a jeho činnost. Diplomová práce popisuje vybrané pražské církve, jejich vznik, vyznávané hodnoty a nabídku jejich volnočasových aktivit. Hlavním cílem práce je porozumění činnosti pastoračních pracovníků ve vztahu k rodičům s předškolními dětmi z hlediska církevních rozdílností. K naplnění cíle práce používá kvalitativní výzkumnou metodologii formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který umožňuje vnímat činnost pastoračních pracovníků jejich očima.
