Mytické myšlení Manuela Scorzy

Abstract

The thesis is dedicated to the novel Redoble por Rancas (Drums for Rancas), the work of Manuel Scroza, whose specific literary style brings an unusual method of creating the image of Indians in Peru, and which makes the classification of this novel as one of the traditional literary genres very difficult. The work will analyze particular esthetic and literary aspects which differ the novel from the traditional indigenism. It focuses primarily on the technique of mythical thinking which Scorza innovatively uses for the real depiction and understanding of the situation of the Peruvian Indians. The aim of this work is to introduce a new perspective of the author's style, categorize the novel as the literary myth and discover, how this fact affects the integration of the novel into the tradicional literary genres.

Diplomová práce se věnuje románu Redoble por Rancas (Vzpoura v Rancasu), dílu Manuela Scorzy, jehož specifický literární styl, který přináší nový způsob zobrazení situace indiánů v Peru, činí ze zařazení tohoto díla mezi tradiční literární žánry nesnadný úkol. V práci bude provedena analýza jednotlivých estetických a literárních prvků, kterými se autor odlišuje od tradičního indigenismu, a to především technice mytického myšlení, kterou Scorza inovativně využívá ke spatření a pochopení situace peruánských indiánů. Cílem této práce je představit nový pohled na autorův styl, zařadit dílo Vzpoura v Rancasu mezi literární mýty a zjistit, jak tato skutečnost ovlivňuje určení literárního žánru tohoto díla.
