Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of agile transformation on the competences of the roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner in the segment of financial institutions, eventually the impact on the role of project manager. In the theoretical part, the topic is set in a broader context, basic terminological concepts are defined, the different agile frameworks are introduced and the different roles of project management and agile approach are described. As a preparation for the practical part, a search of current research on the topic was conducted. The practical part is based on a qualitative research method using semi-structured interviews with respondents from financial institutions that have undergone agile transformation in recent years. The aim of the research is to identify the impact of agile transformation on the competences of specific roles based on the respondents' experience. Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady agilní transformace na kompetence rolí Scrum Mastera a Product Ownera v segmentu finančních institucí, případně dopady na roli projektového manažera. V teoretické části je téma zasazeno do širšího kontextu, jsou vymezeny základní terminologické pojmy, představeny jednotlivé agilní rámce a popsány jednotlivé role projektového řízení i agilního přístupu. Jako příprava pro praktickou část byla provedena rešerše aktuálního výzkumu na dané téma. Praktická část je provedena metodou kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty z prostředí finančních institucí, které v posledních letech prošly agilní transformací. Cílem výzkumu je na základě zkušenosti respondentů zjistit dopady agilní transformace na kompetence jednotlivých rolí.
