Týrání a zneužívání dětí a mladistvých

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the issue of abuse of children and adolescents. At the beginning of the theoretical part, the work is focused on the definition of the term abuse and its various forms, namely mental and physical abuse, neglect, bullying and sexual abuse. The child abuse and neglect syndrome is also mentioned here. In the next chapter, the topic is the victims and perpetrators of abuse. More precisely description of typical figures and characteristics of people, which are involved in most cases. The conclusion of the theoretical part is targeted at the topic of prevention of abuse and assistance to victims of abuse and similar acts. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis contains three casuistries, which show specifically how the process of abuse takes place and what consequences it leaves. Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika týrání a zneužívání dětí a mladistvých. V úvodu teoretické části je práce zaměřena na definici pojmu týrání a jeho různé podoby, konkrétně na psychické a fyzické týrání, zanedbávání, šikanu a sexuální zneužívání. Dále je zde zmíněn také syndrom CAN, tedy syndrom týraného dítěte. V následující kapitole jsou hlavním tématem oběti a pachatelé týrání a zneužívání. Přesněji popis typických znaků a charakteristik osob, o které se ve většině případů jedná. Závěr teoretické části je věnován tématu prevence týrání a možnostem pomoci obětem týrání a podobných trestních činů. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje tři kazuistiky, na nichž je konkrétně ukázáno, jak proces týrání probíhá a jaké zanechává následky.
