Autorita učitele z pohledu žáků středních škol

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis "Teacher's Authority from Secondary School Students' Point of View" is to find out how secondary school pupils understand the authority of the teacher, what characteristics of the teacher, according to the pupils, strengthen the authority of the teacher and what weaken it. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim of the theoretical part is to summarize the existing knowledge about the authority of the teacher. The theoretical part is based on the study of scholarly literature. In the introduction, it discusses the definition of the concept and the typology of authority. It also contains the typology of the teacher in terms of his personality, deals with the educational and teaching styles of the teacher. The subject of the last chapter of the theoretical part is the relationship between teacher and student, preferential attitudes of teachers to students. The aim of the practical part is to find out, through a research investigation, secondary school students' point of view on the authority of teachers at secondary schools. Cílem bakalářské práce "Autorita učitele z pohledu žáků středních škol" je zjistit, jak chápou žáci středních škol autoritu učitele, jaké vlastnosti učitele podle žáků autoritu učitele posilují a jaké ji naopak oslabují, zda má na autoritu učitele vliv jeho věk. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je souhrn dosavadních poznatků o autoritě učitele. Teoretická část vychází ze studia odborné literatury. V úvodu se zabývá vymezením pojmu a typologií autority. Dále obsahuje typologii učitele z hlediska jeho osobnosti, zabývá se výchovnými a vyučovacími styly učitele. Předmětem poslední kapitoly teoretické části je vztah učitele a žáka, preferenční postoje učitelů k žákům. Cílem praktické části je pomocí výzkumného šetření zjistit, jaký pohled mají na autoritu učitelů žáci středních odborných škol. Klíčová slova Autorita, učitel, žák, výchova, osobnost učitele
