Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is Influence social networks on high school students eating disorder. The aim of this work is to find out the influence of social networks on high school students eating disorder, perception of their own body and what adolescents practically pick over from social networks and use it in their own lifes. The work has theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part of the work in the first chapter focuses on the period of adolescence, formation of identity and relation to food. The second chapter deals with eating disorder in International Classification of Diseases. The work primarily focuses on anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. The third chapter is a discussion of factors influencing the origin and development of eating disorders. The fourth chapter of the theoretical part describes social networks, which adolescents uses the most. The aim of the empirical part of the work is to determine the impact of social networks on high school students through the quantitative research, and find out what extent of eating disorders they encounter in their lives. Teoretická část práce se v první kapitole zaměřuje na období adolescence z utváření vlastní identity a vztahu ke stravě.
