Čapkova Kniha apokryfů v ruských překladech

Abstract

The thesis deals with a comparative analysis of existing Russian translations of selected apocrypha of Karel Čapek with religious themes. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the background of the creation of Čapek's apocrypha, its description and the position of the Apocryphal Tales in the context of the author's work. It also presents a description of the literary apocrypha as the genre and its tradition in Czech and Russian literature. For the purpose of evaluating Russian translations, this thesis focuses on the topic of Russian religiosity, its history and more precisely how Orthodox religiosity as a cultural reality is reflected in literature. The practical part deals with the comparative analysis of the translations of Čapek's apocrypha Holy Night by Faina Grimberg, Viktoriya Kamenskaya and Oleg Malevich, and Martha and Mary by Natalya Arosyeva. The comparative analysis is preceded by a characteristic of each of the selected apocrypha from the thematic and linguistic point of view. The practical part includes an attempt to reconstruct the translation tendencies and to evaluate the compared Russian translations on the basis of the analysis of individual translation solutions. Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnávací analýzou existujících ruských překladů vybraných apokryfů Karla Čapka s náboženskými náměty. V teoretické částí se práce věnuje okolnostem vzniku Čapkových apokryfů, jejich popisu a celkově zařazení Knihy apokryfů do kontextu autorovy tvorby. Dále je zde představen popis žánru literárního apokryfu a jeho tradice v české a ruské literatuře. Pro účely hodnocení ruských překladů se v této práci zaměřujeme na téma ruské religiozity a její kořeny, přesněji řečeno, jak se pravoslavná religiozita jakožto kulturní reálie projevuje v literatuře. Praktická část se zabývá srovnávací analýzou překladů Čapkových apokryfů Svatá noc od Fainy Grimbergové, Viktoriji Kamenské a Olega Maleviče a Marta a Marie od Nataľji Arosjevové. Srovnávací analýze předchází charakteristika každého z vybraných apokryfů z tematického a jazykového hlediska. Součástí praktické částí je pokus o rekonstrukci překladatelských tendencí a hodnocení porovnávaných ruských překladů na základě analýzy jednotlivých překladatelských řešení. V rámci analýzy překladů se práce rovněž zabývá otázkou, zda religiozita ruského národa ovlivňuje překladatelské tendence a jakým způsobem se konkrétně projevuje v cílovém textu.
