Objectives: The aim of this work is to summarize the information and create one document that informs the general public about the use of first aid procedures during a car accident. Methods: An analysis of available sources and literature and a subsequent search of these obtained study sources were used for the elaboration of this work. Results: The result of this work is a document that provides an overview of frequent injuries caused by traffic accidents and a description of the procedure of lay first aid. Cíle: Cílem této práce je shrnutí informací a vytvoření jednoho dokumentu, který informuje laickou veřejnost o použití postupů při první pomoci během autonehody. Metody: Pro vypracování této práce bylo použito analýza dostupných pramenů a literatury a následná rešerše těchto získaných studijních pramenů. Výsledky: Výsledkem této práce je dokument, který podává přehled o častých zranění způsobených dopravními nehodami a popis postupu laické první pomoci.
