Osobnost odsouzených žen dle charakteristik dotazníku TCI-R

Abstract

Disertační práce prezentuje pohled do osobnosti pachatelek různých trestných činů. Zjišťuje vývoj jejich kriminální kariéry, prostředí, v jakém se vyvíjely, jejich osobnostní charakteristiky a mapuje tak rizikové faktory páchání trestné činnosti. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. Stěžejními tématy teoretické části jsou ženská kriminalita, kriminogenní faktory a ženská agrese. Její součástí je dále přehled typologií osobnosti pachatelek, které lze v odborné literatuře nalézt. Posledním tématem teoretické část je osobnostní teorie C. R. Cloningera, jež se pro svůj biopsychosociální základ jeví jako vhodný model pro popis vězeňské populace a pro tento význam bývá používán jak v domácích, tak zahraničních studiích. Cílem empirické části bylo získat kvantitativní údaje o kriminogenních faktorech odsouzených žen, popsat pomocí nich kriminální ženskou populaci a zjistit, zda, případně jaké, existují rozdíly uvnitř této skupiny. Ke sběru dat bylo využito anamnestického dotazníku, zprávy o odsouzené SARPO, Vídeňského maticového testu jako testu obecné inteligence a Cloningerova osobnostního dotazníku temperamentu a charakteru TCI-R. The dissertation presents a view to the personality of women offenders of various types of crime. It examines the development of their criminal careers, the social environment in which they developed, their personality characteristics and it maps the risk factors of committing crime. The study is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The main topics of the theoretical part are female crime, criminogenic factors and female aggression. Next important part of the study is the women offenders personality typologies mentioned in the literature of forensic psychology. The last topic of the theoretical part is the personality theory of C. R. Cloninger, which for its biopsychosocial basis seems to be a suitable model for the description of the prison population and for this meaning it is used both in domestic and foreign studies. The aim of the empirical part was to obtain quantitative data on criminogenic factors of convicted women and their basic characteristics with regard to the type of crime. In research we use anamnestic questionnaire, SARPO report, Vídeňský maticový test of intellitence and Cloninger's personality questionnaire of temperament and character TCI-R.
