Finanční hodnocení investičního projektu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem finančního hodnocení investičního projektu. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, které na sebe navazují a vzájemně se doplňují. Teoretická část se věnuje vybraným metodám, které hodnotí efektivnost investic, především čisté současné hodnotě. Dále je věnován prostor finančním výkazům, marketingovým nástrojům a analýze rizika. Praktická část má charakter case study. Představí se finanční plán nově otevřeného bezobalového obchodu a na základě teoretické části a v ní popsaných metod a postupů je vypočítaná jeho současná hodnota. V závěru je zformulováno doporučení pro investora s ohledem na předložené teoretické koncepty i aktuální reálie. Klíčová slova: hodnocení, cena, hodnota, investiční projekt

This bachelor thesis deals with financial evaluation of an investment project. It is divided into two parts, which are complementing each other. The theoretical part deals with selected methods for evaluating the effectiveness of investments, especially the net present value. There is also described financial statements, marketing tools and risk analysis. The practical part has the character of a case study and presents the financial plan of the newly opened non-packaging business. There is calculated its present value based on the theoretical part and the methods and procedures described in it. In the end, a recommendation is formulated for the investor with regard to the presented theoretical concepts and current facts. Keywords: valuation, price, value, investment project
