Motivace k dalšímu vzdělávání pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace k dalšímu vzdělávání u pomáhajících profesí. Cílem práce je analyzovat současné podoby motivace u vybrané oblasti pomáhajících profesí v České republice. Pozornost je věnována charakteristice oblasti pomáhajících profesí, osobnostním specifikům a kompetencím pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích a etickým aspektům práce v pomáhajících profesích. Zpracována je problematika dalšího vzdělávání se zaměřením na další profesní vzdělávání u pomáhajících profesí. V práci jsou rozpracovány rovněž bariéry v dalším vzdělávání u zvolené skupiny. Dále se práce věnuje problematice motivace, vybraným motivačním přístupům a motivaci pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích k účasti na edukačních aktivitách. Součástí diplomové práce je kvantitativní empirické šetření, jehož cílem je analyzovat motivaci k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání pracovníků v oblasti zdravotnictví a v oblasti školství. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation for further education in helping professions. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current forms of motivation in a selected area of helping professions in the Czech Republic. Attention is paid to the characteristics of the field of helping professions, personal specifics and competences of workers in helping professions and ethical aspects of work in helping professions. The issue of further education with a focus on continuing professional education in the helping professions is discussed. Barriers to further education in the selected group are also elaborated. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the issue of motivation, selected motivational approaches and motivation of workers in the helping professions to participate in educational activities. The thesis includes a quantitative empirical investigation aimed at analysing the motivation for continuing professional education of health care and education workers. The results of the quantitative questionnaire are analysed by descriptive statistics and then verified by test statistics in order to find out the specifics of the motivation of helping professions and to verify how the motivation to further professional education differs among the selected helping professions.
