Specifika osob 50+ při návratu na trh práce

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky nezaměstnaných starších dospělých, kteří jsou účastníky projektu Úřadu práce České republiky. Cílem práce bude analyzovat specifika starších nezaměstnaných při návratu na trh práce v projektech Úřadu práce České republiky. Tato specifika byla identifikována v návaznosti na fyzické a psychické změny a změny v sociální oblasti, které ve starší dospělosti nastávají. Další specifika byla analyzována na základě postavení skupiny 50+ na trhu práce i mimo něj, a to s ohledem na dopady nezaměstnanosti na starší dospělé. Pro komplexní pohled na věc byla teoretická část doplněna o souhrnnou charakteristiku projektů zprostředkovávaných Úřadem práce České republiky. Teoretická zjištění sloužila posléze k účelům v kvalitativním šetření. Výzkumné šetření bylo zaměřeno na dva projekty Úřadu práce: Jdi dál! 50+ v MSK a 50 PLUS v JmK. Pomocí teoretických stanovisek byly vytvořeny otázky, které sloužily při polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s respondenty výzkumu. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo devět respondentů, přičemž pět z nich představovali účastníci projektů a zbývající čtyři byli odborní pracovníci projektů. The diploma thesis deals with specifics of unemployed older adults who participate in projects of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the specifics of unemployed older adults when returning to the labor market with help of projects of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. These specifics were identified in connection with the physical, mental, and social changes that occur in older adulthood. Other specifics were analyzed based on the position which the target group 50+ holds on the labor market and off of the labor market about impacts of unemployment to unemployed older adults. For the comprehensive summary of the issue, the theoretical part was augmented through essential characteristics of projects mediated by the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. Theoretic findings served for purposes in a qualitative survey. The qualitative survey was focused on two projects of the Labor Office: Jdi dál! 50+ v MSK and 50 PLUS v JmK. Theoretical findings were used to create questions which were used in semi-structured interviews with survey respondents.
