Ideální učitel z pohledu žáků středních škol

Abstract

The thesis deals with the view of secondary school students on the behaviour and approach of their class teachers to teaching and how their behaviour corresponds to the requirements of the quality standard of the teaching profession. The theoretical part describes the main documents dealing with the quality standard of the profession. It then contextualises the information within the teaching profession, including its role in teaching and its professionalisation. The practical part focuses on students' specific perspectives on the quality standard of their classroom teacher's profession. Throughout the research I have sought to record the views of the behaviour and attitude of the teacher in general among the groups of secondary school pupils studied. Within the practical part, several aspects that may influence the pupils' view are worked with, including the background, gender or the actual expertise of their class teacher. Pupils in the first and second years in two secondary schools participated in the research investigation. I conducted the research in Prague and Jindřichův Hradec.

Diplomová práce se zabývá pohledem žáků středních škol k chování a přístupu jejich třídních učitelů k vyučování a jakým způsobem jejich vystupování koresponduje s požadavky danými standardem kvality profese učitele. Teoretická část popisuje hlavní dokumenty, které se standardu kvality profese věnují. Dále pak uvádí do kontextu informace v rámci profese učitele včetně jeho role ve výuce a jeho Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní pohled žáků na standard kvality profese jejich třídního učitele. V celém výzkumu jsem se snažila zaznamenat pohled na chování a přístup učitele obecně u zkoumaných skupin žáků středních škol. V rámci praktické části je pracováno s několika hledisky, které mohou na pohled žáků působit, včetně prostředí, genderu jejich třídního učitele. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnili žáci prvních a druhých ročníků ve dvou středních školách. Výzkum jsem prováděla v Praze a Jindřichově Hradci.
