Abstract

Renovation of the colour of the facades on examples of Prague's Baroque architecture Abstract The presented bachelor's thesis entitled "Renovation of the colour of facades on examples of Prague's Baroque architecture" deals with the various ways and steps of repairing the facades of monuments and historical buildings. This thesis aims to present possible procedures in the widest possible context and to show them in specific examples. The first part of the work outlines why it is so important to correctly choose the colour solution and its appropriate use. This part has also defined the importance of the colour of the facade, especially in the Baroque period. The second part describes the individual procedures for the selection of colours, shown on the examples of reconstructions of Baroque monuments in Prague. According to a detailed analysis of the relevant documentation and other documents of the renovations, which are stored in the archives of the National heritage institute. It is also stated what we should take into account when repairing the building - other architect's work, the urban context of the building, and subsequent modifications to the monument itself. Rekonstrukce barevnosti fasád na příkladech z pražské barokní architektury Anotace Předkládaná bakalářská práce s názvem "Rekonstrukce barevnosti fasád na příkladech z pražské barokní architektury" se zabývá jednotlivými způsoby a kroky oprav fasád památkových objektů. Cílem této práce je uvést možné postupy v co nejširším kontextu a ukázat je na konkrétních příkladech. První část práce nastiňuje, proč je tak důležité správné určení barevného řešení a jeho vhodné použití. Zde je i definován význam barevnosti fasády právě v období baroka. V druhé části jsou popsané jednotlivé postupy při výběru barevnosti, ukázané na příkladech rekonstrukcí barokních památek na území Prahy. K tomu je provedena detailní rešerše příslušné dokumentace a dalších podkladů k opravám, které jsou uchovány v archivu Národního památkového ústavu. Uvedeno je také, co dále bychom při výzkumu k opravě objektu měli brát v potaz - další architektovu tvorbu, urbanistický kontext stavby a následné úpravy samotné památky. Problematika je ukázána například na kostele sv. Mikuláše na Staroměstském náměstí, kostele sv. Jana Nepomuckého na Skalce, Křižovnickém kostele sv.
