Zjišťování spokojenosti uživatelů socálních služeb ve velkokapacitním zařízení a komunitní službě

Abstract

Klíčová slova mentální postižení, služby sociální práce, sociální péče, transformace, základní lidské potřeby, kazuistika, rozhovor Abstrakt Cílem bakalářské práce bylo srovnání typů sociálních pobytových služeb, zjištění, kde a za jakých podmínek dochází k naplňování základních lidských potřeb u klientů s mentálním postižením. V první kapitole bylo stěžejním vymezit pojem mentální postižení, jak se mentální postižení diagnostikuje a jaké mají lidé s mentálním postižením základní lidské potřeby. Dále bylo důležité uvézt jaké sociální služby klienti s mentálním postižením využívají anebo mají možnost využití a podle čeho se kvalita těchto služeb určuje. Dále vymezení příspěvku na péči a dávek sociální hmotné nouze a za jakých podmínek na ně má klient nárok. Ve třetí a poslední kapitole teoretické části bylo nutné vymezení pojmu transformace sociálních služeb a její překážky. Ve čtvrté kapitole následuje význam použitých metod pro tuto práci. Následně představení organizací, kde průzkum probíhal. Následovali volné rozhovory s dvěma pracovníky určených sociálních služeb a kazuistiky čtyř klientů sociálních služeb. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení vybraných sociálních služeb.

Key words mental disability, social work services, social care, transformation, basic human needs, case study, interview Abstract The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to compare the types of social residential services, to find out where and under what conditions the basic human needs of clients with mental disabilities are met. In the first chapter, it was crucial to define the concept of mental disability, how mental disability is diagnosed and what basic human needs people with mental disabilities have. It was also important to state which social services clients with mental disabilities use or can use and how is the quality of these services determined. Furthermore, the definition of the care allowance and social benefits of material need and under what conditions the client is entitled to them. In the third and last chapter of the theoretical part, it was necessary to define the concept of transformation of social services and its obstacles. In the fourth chapter it was necessary to determine the importance of the methods used for this thesis. Subsequently, a presentation of the organizations where the survey took place. This was followed by non-structured interviews with two employees of designated social services and a case report of four clients of social services.
