Informovanost rodinných příslušníků pacientů ošetřovaných v intenzivní péči

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá informovaností rodinných příslušníků pacientů hospitalizovaných v intenzivní péči. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak příbuzní rozumí předaným informacím od lékaře, zda jsou jim zodpovězeny všechny otázky, jak chápou intenzivní péči a zda dokážou popsat jednotku intenzivní péče. V případě, že z jejich pohledu neobdrží ucelené informace, budeme zkoumat, zda mají možnost si informace, které je zajímají někde dohledat. Získané informace budou sloužit k dalšímu zpracování a vytvoření webového portálu, který by byl k dispozici rodinám hospitalizovaných pacientů. Do kvalitativního výzkumu bylo osloveno celkem 25 jedinců, z nichž 8 souhlasilo s účastí. Klíčová slova: intenzivní péče, komunikace, pacient, rodinný příslušník, hospitalizace.

The diploma thesis deals with the theme awareness of family members of patients hospitalized in intensive care. The aim is to find out how they understand the information provided by the doctor, whether all questions are answered, how they understand intensive care and whether they can describe the intensive care unit. If, from their point of view, they do not receive comprehensive information, we examine whether they can find information that interests them somewhere else. The information obtained will be used for further processing and creation of a web portal, which would be available to families of hospitalized patients. A total of 25 participants were contacted for the qualitative research, 8 participants agreed to participate. Key words: intensive care, communication, patient, family member, hospitalization
