Písně skupiny Marsyas v kontextu dobového hudebního provozu

Abstract

(česky) Bakalářská práce Písně skupiny Marsyas v kontextu dobového hudebního provozu se zabývá působením české folk-rockové skupiny Marsyas. V první části autor vymezuje kontext, který se podílí na celkové podobě performance Marsyas. V druhé části analyzuje písně hlavních tvůrců kapely - Zuzany Michnové, Petra Kalandry a Oskara Petra. Věnuje se zejména písňovým textům, které hrají důležitou roli ve výpovědi folkové písně. Textovou analýzu provádí s vědomím specifické funkce textu v populární písni, ve které na rozdíl od básně záleží více na výpovědní hodnotě než na obsahu sdělení.

(in English): The bachelor thesis deals with the specific songs and performances of the Czech folk rock band Marsyas. In the first part, the political, musical, and culture context of 70s and 80s is defined with the meaning of Marsyas's performance as the main interest. In the second part, the author analyzes some songs by the three crucial authors of the band - Zuzana Michnová, Petr Kalandra and Oskar Petr. In particular, he focuses on the song lyrics whose meaning is, in popular music, inseparable from the expression of the song.
