Křesťan v kyberprostoru

Abstract

Christians in cyberspace. The aim of this work is to find an answer to the question of whether it is possible to use cyberspace safely and for good, or whether cyberspace itself is bad and its use incorrect. The first part of the work is devoted to the rapid technological development of recent decades in general. The first chapter defines the concept of cyberspace. The second chapter will summarize the development of technologies related to cyberspace, mainly telecommunications technologies. The next chapters look at how this change and the spread of technology has changed the way people communicate, and describe the most important changes, both positive and negative. The second part of the work tries to introduce to the specific worlds of the inhabitants of cyberspace, to the communities that have emerged around the new technologies with different goals. At the same time, specific examples were selected, in which new facts can be seen in some way, which were previously not available at all, or only to a limited extent. The last, third part is then the core of this work, to which the first two parts lead. Cílem této práce je nalezení odpovědi na otázku, zda je možné kyberprostor využívat bezpečně a k dobrému, nebo zda je kyberprostor sám o sobě špatný a jeho používání nesprávné. První část práce je věnována bouřlivému technologickému vývoji posledních desetiletí obecně. První kapitola vymezuje pojem kyberprostor. V druhé kapitole pak bude shrnut rozvoj technologií, které s kyberprostorem souvisí, a to převážně technologií telekomunikačních. Další kapitoly se věnují tomu, jak tato změna a rozšíření technologií změnila způsob mezilidské komunikace, a popisují nejdůležitější změny pozitivní i negativní. Druhá část práce se snaží uvést do specifických světů obyvatel kyberprostoru, do komunit, které s různými cíli vznikly kolem nových technologií. Byly přitom vybrány konkrétní příklady, na kterých je nějakým způsobem vidět nové skutečnosti, které dříve nebyly dostupné vůbec, nebo pouze omezeně. Poslední, třetí část je pak jádrem této práce, ke kterému první dvě části přivádějí. Ta nejdříve popisuje, jak už zmíněný vývoj technologií a změny ve stylu komunikace zasahují jednotlivce, jaké pro něj mají přínosy a následky, na závěr shrne, co k této nové situaci člověka říká učení církve.
