Mentalizace a regulace emocí u hraniční poruchy osobnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mentalizací a regulací emocí u jedinců s hraniční poruchou osobnosti. Nejprve je představena diagnóza hraniční poruchy osobnosti. Dále jsou prezentovány faktory přispívající k etiologii této poruchy společně s nejvýznamnějšími etiologickými modely. Posléze je představen koncept regulace emocí. Jsou prezentovány strategie regulace emocí a způsoby měření tohoto konstruktu. Následně je diskutována problematika emoční dysregulace u hraniční poruchy osobnosti. Poté je vymezen koncept mentalizace, a to z hlediska jeho dimenzí a odlišností od příbuzných pojmů. Dále je popsána problematika mentalizace u jedinců s hraniční poruchou osobnosti. Nakonec jsou představeny způsoby měření mentalizace. V návrhu výzkumu je prezentována korelační studie. Cílem je ověření souvislostí mezi mentalizací a regulací emocí u osob s hraniční poruchou osobnosti pomocí Movie for the assessment of social cognition (MASC) a české verze Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale Short Form (DERS-SF- CZ). Výzkumný soubor budou tvořit pacienti s diagnostikovanou hraniční poruchou osobnosti z různých institucí zaměřených na duševní zdraví. Navrhovaná studie může přispět k hlubšímu porozumění této poruchy. Výsledky mohou navíc pomoci klinickým pracovníkům při výběru vhodné intervence pro tyto pacienty....

This bachelor's thesis deals with mentalization and regulation of emotions in borderline personality disorder. First, the diagnosis of borderline personality disorder is introduced. Then, the factors contributing to the etiology of this disorder are presented together with the most important etiological models. Then, the concept of emotion regulation is introduced. Emotion regulation strategies and measures of this construct are presented. Subsequently, the problematic of emotion dysregulation in borderline personality disorder is discussed. Then, the concept of mentalization is defined in terms of its dimensions and differences from related concepts. Then, the issue of mentalization in people with borderline personality disorder is described. Finally, the measures of mentalization are introduced. A correlation study is presented in the research proposal. The aim is to verify the relationship between mentalization and emotion regulation in people with borderline personality disorder using The Movie for the assessment of social cognition (MASC) and the Czech version of The Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale Short Form (DERS-SF-CZ).
