Aktuální podoba realizace Virtuální univerzity třetího věku

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je aktuální podoba realizace Virtuální univerzity třetího věku (dále pak VU3V) se zaměřením na podporu, která je poskytovaná zřizovatelům konzultačních středisek ze strany vedení VU3V. Cílem práce je analyzovat potenciální pozitiva a negativa současné podoby VU3V. Nejprve se v práci zabývám teoretickým pojetím vzdělávání seniorů, kdy jsou představeny termíny postproduktivní věk, senior nebo celoživotní učení. Dále se zabývám také cíli a funkcemi vzdělávání seniorů a uvádím příklady kategorizací českých autorů. Poté se zaměřuji také na specifika vzdělávání seniorů, jejich motivaci ke studiu a jaké existují bariéry v jejich vzdělávání. Následuje představení institucí zaměřujících se na vzdělávání seniorů v České republice spolu s Univerzitou třetího věku. Tato část práce je následně zakončena podrobnějším popisem fungování Virtuální univerzity třetího věku, tedy organizací konzultačních středisek či celkovou organizací tohoto projektu. Kvalitativní empirické šetření této práce je realizováno pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupkyněmi vybraných konzultačních středisek. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the current state of implementation of the Virtual University of the Third Age (hereinafter referred to as VU3V) with a focus on support, which is provided to the founders of consulting centres by the VU3V management. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the potential positives and negatives of the current form of the VU3V. First, in my work I deal with the theoretical concept of education of elderly people where the terms post-productive age, senior or lifelong learning are introduced. I also deal with the goals and functions of education of elderly people and give examples of categorizations of Czech authors. Then I also focus on the specifics of senior education, their motivation to study and what barriers exist in their education. Then an introduction to institutions focusing on the education of elderly people in the Czech Republic together with the University of the Third Age follows. This part of the work ends with a more detailed description of the functioning of the Virtual University of the Third Age, which means the organization of the consulting centres or the overall organization of this project.
