Možnosti Fair Trade: prosazování lidských práv a etických principů

Abstract

Práce pojednává o Fair trade z hlediska lidských práv a etiky. Její první část představuje Fair trade se zaměřením na jeho principy a cíle, dále problematiku a realitu obchodu v rozvojových zemích se zaměřením na pracovní podmínky. Ve druhé části věnované lidským právům jsou uvedeny dokumenty nebo jejich články, které se věnují pracovním podmínkám, a jsou uvedeny v souvislosti s Fair trade principy. Je zde také poukázáno na problematiku dětské práce. Třetí část se věnuje Fair trade a jeho principům z hlediska etiky. Je zde představen pojem svědomí a odpovědnosti v globálním měřítku, ale i z pohledu jednotlivce. Tato část navazuje na poslední, kde je popsán vlastní výzkum postojů studentů k Fair trade. The bachelor thesis deals with Fair Trade from human rights and ethics point of view. The first part introduces Fair Trade with focus on its principles and aims, further on it introduces the problematics and the circumstances of trade in developing countries with focus on working conditions. The second part of this thesis is devoted to human rights. It includes documents or their selected parts dealing with working conditions; they are contextualized with Fair Trades principles. The child labour is also referred here. The third part focuses on Fair Trade and its principles from ethics point of view. It introduces the idea of rightness, conscience and responsibility in global measures and from individual point of view as well.
