Rozvoj pozitivní identity u dětí a mládeže v Salesiánském středisku Štěpána Trochty v Teplicích

Abstract

The aim of this work is to find out and describe how the staff at the center help children and young people in developing their identities. The thesis deals with identity from the psychologi- cal and sociological point of view. It deals with the target group in terms of psychological de- velopment, including all developmental groups that appear in the center. Logically, the educa- tion of its specifics for specific age groups of children and youth is also discussed. Due to the mission of the center, the Salesian style of education is discussed, which is based on the pre- ventive system of Don Bosco. For this reason, it is necessary to conclude the theoretical part of the work with a treatise on the pastoral care of children and youth. The second part briefly characterizes the concept of qualitative research, which is carried out using semi-structured interviews with employees and children visiting the center. Two types of interviews are used in the work, each of which is divided into four areas with three sub-questions. Each type of inter- view is analyzed and commented, transcripts of individual interviews are given in full in the appendices. A special chapter is devoted to the discussion of information findings. Cílem této práce je zjistit a popsat, jakým způsobem zaměstnanci ve středisku pomáhají dětem a mládeži při rozvoji jejich identity. Práce pojednává o identitě z hlediska psychologic-kého a sociologického. Cílovou skupinou se zabývá z hlediska psychologického vývoje, při čemž zahrnuje všechny vývojové skupiny, které se ve středisku objevují. Logicky je pojednáno také o výchově z jejími specifiky pro konkrétní věkové skupiny dětí a mládeže. Vzhledem k po-slání střediska je pojednáno o Salesiánském stylu výchovy, který stojí na preventivnímu sys-tému Dona Boska. Z tohoto důvodu je nutné teoretickou část práce uzavřít pojednáním o pas-toraci dětí a mládeže. V druhé části je stručně charakterizován pojem kvalitativního výzkumu, který je realizován použitím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a dětmi navštěvu-jícími středisko. V práci jsou použity dva typy rozhovorů, z nichž každý je rozdělen do čtyř oblastí se třemi podotázkami. Každý typ rozhovoru je rozebrán a okomentován, přepisy jednot-livých rozhovorů jsou uvedeny formou výtahu v rámci příloh pro zachování anonymity. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována diskusi o zjištěných informacích. V úvodu práce je jasně defino-ván cíl, který je dle získaných informací v závěru zhodnocen.
